What you'll do

• Own corporate customer collections
• review credit for new or potential clients
• collect overdue accounts and invoices
• communicate professionally with internal and external clients
• resolve invalid deductions and account discrepancies
• work with project management and customers on workout plans
• resolve billing issues, short payments, unapplied cash reconciliations, and disputes
• prepare correspondence and reports
• provide weekly updates and monthly overdue reports.
