Store Supervisor — Casper Retail

The Store Supervisor role is onsite in Edison, NJ. Compensation is $17.50–$19.50 per hour, with monthly bonus potential. Casper’s mission is to help people sleep better through thoughtfully designed sleep products. This role supports daily store operations alongside the Store Manager and Associate Manager, leading by example on the sales floor and helping build a customer-centered, consultative sales culture. The supervisor helps maintain product knowledge, inventory, visual standards, and a strong customer experience.

What you'll do

• Support store opening and closing, visual standards, safe conditions, and facilities maintenance
• coach associates on the sales floor
• maintain product and systems training
• improve store operations and customer experience
• align product and promotion schedules with Casper.com
• oversee inventory, cycle counts, and replenishment
• share customer feedback and represent Casper’s values.
