Security Officer – Part-Time Weekends

The Security Officer – Part-Time Weekends role is part-time and onsite in Brighton, MA. Pay is $25 per hour. The officer provides security and customer service across BrightonOne’s campus, which includes veteran housing, leased offices, medical space, headquarters, and grounds. BrightonOne is a nonprofit social enterprise serving veterans and military-connected families.

What you'll do

• Patrol buildings and grounds and record scheduled tours
• maintain logs of activities, incidents, property damage, and other site conditions
• address policy violations
• identify and report hazards
• direct traffic and monitor parking
• monitor CCTV, access, fire, panic, and key alarm systems
• open restricted areas according to building rules
• provide walking escorts when requested and available.
