What you'll do

• Resolve employee relations issues and guide corrective actions
• coach managers and supervisors
• review performance and disciplinary reports
• conduct internal investigations as needed
• develop and interpret HR policies and procedures
• lead recruitment and selection
• analyze exit interview data and workforce KPIs
• design and monitor training programs
• write job descriptions
• administer performance management and salary planning
• ensure compliance with employment laws and reporting requirements
• manage and develop the HR team.
