What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, portion, and present menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• maintain stock levels and prepare the cooking line
• follow food-safety requirements for handling, cooking, cooling, holding, labeling, and storing food
• monitor temperatures and complete logs
• assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and storage
• minimize waste
• maintain clean work areas and equipment
• complete opening and closing duties
• provide courteous guest service
• follow safety, security, sanitation, and emergency procedures.
