The Part-Time PM Line Cook, Multi-Station role is onsite in Grove City, OH, at Grove City Brewing Company + Plum Run Winery. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The kitchen is a high-volume scratch kitchen paired with a craft brewery and winery. This cook prepares menu items consistently during dinner service across assigned stations, supporting timely ticket execution, food safety, and consistent portions and plating. The role also contributes to an organized, well-stocked kitchen through prep, cleaning, and closing duties.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items to recipes and specifications
• work grill and other assigned stations
• maintain portioning and plating standards
• keep pace with ticket flow
• communicate with expo and teammates about calls, timing, 86s, and delays
• keep the station clean, organized, and stocked
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties.
