The consultant investigates building conditions and performance issues, develops repair and restoration solutions, and manages projects from initial assessment through construction administration. The work helps clients address enclosure deficiencies and extend the service life of existing commercial, institutional, multifamily, historic, and landmark buildings.

What you'll do

• Conduct building enclosure investigations and condition assessments
• evaluate roofing, waterproofing, facades, fenestration, and exterior wall assemblies
• investigate water intrusion and deterioration
• prepare reports and repair recommendations
• coordinate repair documents and technical reviews
• manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client communication
• conduct construction observations and quality reviews
• mentor junior consultants.

Why this role
