What you'll do

• Advise a caseload of students
• monitor attendance, academic progress, and retention indicators
• conduct outreach by phone, text, email, and meetings
• develop academic success plans
• collaborate with faculty, admissions, financial aid, and student services
• maintain student records
• explain academic policies and graduation requirements
• identify at-risk students and implement interventions
• support orientation, registration, and engagement initiatives.
