What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and dietary requirements
• serve meals on time while maintaining quality, portion control, and presentation
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• store and handle food supplies properly
• collaborate with the Dietary Manager and kitchen staff
• assist with training new kitchen staff as needed
• track inventory and report shortages or order needs
• respond to special dietary requests and food preferences
• follow health and safety regulations.
