What you'll do

• Lead annual development plans
• cultivate and steward major donors and philanthropic leaders
• make financial asks
• develop donor communications and fundraising initiatives
• identify corporate, foundation, and church funding opportunities
• manage grant strategy, editing, and reporting
• oversee donor lifecycle records in Salesforce
• develop revenue forecasts and report development metrics.
