The Phlebotomist role is onsite in Fort Worth, TX, with compensation of $18–$23 per hour. The position supports Privia Laboratory’s services for partnered clinics and their patients. The phlebotomist collects correctly identified specimens and helps ensure ordered tests are handled accurately. The role also supports clinic and laboratory workflows through supply management, requisition review, patient guidance, and communication with office and laboratory staff.

What you'll do

• Collect blood specimens using proper patient identification
• serve as a liaison between Privia Labs and physician offices
• order, stock, and organize supplies
• review electronic health record requisitions
• ensure specimens match ordered tests
• maintain a clean and safe phlebotomy area
• protect patient confidentiality
• assist patients and the main lab as needed.
