What you'll do

• Oversee the Sunday guest experience and hospitality
• develop guest follow-up and invitations to church ministries
• help newcomers connect with community, service, and membership
• recruit, coach, and care for community-group leaders
• support group multiplication and new group launches
• supervise lay-led ministry leaders
• coordinate adult ministry calendars
• work with the Associate Pastor to lead Deacons and provide direction and training for prayer, homebound and hospital visitation, and memorial ministries.
