Client Experience Coordinator

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for residents and families regarding concerns, feedback, and service requests
• conduct regular check-ins
• and facilitate admissions, transitions, and discharges with interdisciplinary teams. Promote hospitality and service excellence, coach staff on customer service and communication, and coordinate welcome experiences. Respond to complaints, track feedback trends, collaborate on corrective actions, support care planning and resident rights, monitor satisfaction surveys, participate in QAPI initiatives, and help coordinate events and community outreach.
