What you'll do

• Manage used-vehicle sales and inventory
• build and motivate a productive sales force

• meet daily and monthly unit sales objectives
• support customer satisfaction and dealership profit goals
• assist the sales team with CRM and customer contact
• close deals under the dealership’s 100% TO policy
• work with Finance and Insurance on prime and subprime credit deals.
