What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• transcribe, document, and implement orders
• collect data for nursing assessments
• provide shift reports to CNAs
• collaborate on nursing care plans and resident care conferences
• assist physicians with rounds and procedures as needed
• participate in staff development
• document concerns involving nursing assistants
• notify supervisors, physicians, and families of changes in resident condition or incidents.
