What you'll do

• Facilitate appointment flow
• perform diagnostic tests including radiography, CT, ECG, and laboratory tests
• assist with ultrasound and endoscopic procedures
• administer medications including chemotherapeutic agents
• provide anesthesia and patient treatments
• monitor hospitalized patients and update orders
• maintain a clean work area
• assist with CPR as needed
• communicate with clients and coordinate follow-up.

Why this role

The schedule is four days per week, Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with some nights and weekends on call. Applicants need at least one year of veterinary assistant or technician experience or recent/upcoming graduation from an AVMA-accredited technician program.
