What you'll do

• Prepare sushi bar orders to guest preferences using company recipes, portions, and methods
• follow food handling, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• check food items for adequacy and quality
• use cooking tools and equipment properly and report items needing repair or replacement
• maintain a safe, sanitary, organized workspace
• replenish supplies, minimize waste, and rotate stock while checking dates
• meet assigned shift requirements.
