What you'll do

• Provide direct patient support and close supervision
• observe, monitor, and document behavior and progress
• assist with treatment plans and therapeutic activities
• provide crisis intervention and de-escalation when appropriate
• report significant changes to clinical staff
• maintain professional boundaries and a safe, clean patient environment
• complete required documentation and follow policies and safety requirements.
