Customer Care Representative

Job overview

The Customer Care Representative role is onsite in Arlington, WA, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour. DCC Propane serves communities with propane and water conditioning services and emphasizes safety and customer service. This role provides customer support and coordinates service activities so customer gas or water needs receive a safe, timely, and efficient response. It also supports account processing and communication between customers and the service team.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone and in person
• resolve or escalate inquiries and complaints
• process counter transactions and payments
• update customer records and accounts
• assist with billing inquiries or light collections as assigned
• coordinate gas or water service requests
• maintain parts inventory and submit paperwork accurately
• attend safety meetings and training.
