What you'll do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering protection and control designs for utilities and EPC partners
• provide strategic oversight for project resources, budgets, and client relationships
• guide engineers through transmission and distribution projects
• manage resources, performance, and development for the national substation group
• review and approve design packages, drawings, and specifications for one-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, substation protection schematics, and control wiring diagrams
• partner with leadership on business development and recruiting initiatives
• promote learning, innovation, and collaboration.
