The role also processes account and loan-related requests, resolves questions, and helps members use remote access tools and digital services.

What you'll do

• Serve members by phone, email, chat, and text
• identify and recommend credit union products and services
• open and close accounts
• process loan applications
• order cards and complete stop payments
• support share accounts, IRAs, and e-statements
• assist with basic loan questions and remote access tools
• respond to emails within 24 hours and chats or texts within five minutes
• research and resolve member concerns
• build product knowledge.
