What you'll do

• Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
• operate autoclaves and washer-disinfectors
• follow AAMI, AORN, and OSHA guidelines
• maintain records and inventory
• communicate with surgical and clinical staff. Leadership roles oversee daily operations, mentor staff, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement.
