Assistant General Manager — KidStrong Katy

What you'll do

• Support the General Manager and lead the center when the GM is away
• conduct outbound calls and finalize trial sales and memberships
• sell and schedule camps, birthday parties, and community events
• onboard, train, evaluate, and mentor coaches
• track center KPIs, sales, and retention
• resolve family inquiries
• oversee maintenance, equipment safety, and brand standards
• and coach the curriculum for 5–10 hours per week.

Why this role

The schedule is typically four weekdays and one weekend shift, depending on center needs. Prior coaching or sports experience with children ages 15 months to 11 years is required; pediatric occupational or physical therapy experience is a plus. CPR certification or willingness to obtain it and KidStrong HQ Coach Certification are noted.
