Access Technology Engineer

The engineer owns the configuration, performance, coordination, and maintenance of contact center and patient access systems. By governing call flows, self-service, routing, reporting, testing, and vendor coordination, the role helps make phone access reliable and improve the patient experience.

What you'll do

• Own patient-facing call flows and self-service experience
• maintain IVR menus, prompts, language options, and change logs
• build and maintain contact center queue structures and routing rules
• configure queue thresholds and callback rules
• own Access Center reporting and analytics
• test and document system changes
• coordinate vendor issues and releases
• administer contact center technology
• support incident escalation with IT
• maintain license inventory and optimize license use.
