Utility Work Planner, Construction & Maintenance

Job overview

The Utility Work Planner, Construction & Maintenance role is hybrid in Cincinnati, OH, requiring three days per week in the office or field. Compensation is $30–$45 per hour. The role plans and coordinates substation construction and maintenance work.

What you'll do

• Develop work plans and schedules for substation maintenance and construction
• coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and contractors
• prepare complete work packages
• collaborate with operations, engineering, construction, and field personnel
• review drawings and work instructions
• track schedules, resources, and risks
• support outage planning as required
• and maintain compliance with safety, company, and regulatory requirements. Attend weekly team meetings at the Plainfield headquarters.
