The Warehouse Administrator, Transfers role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with pay of $18–$20 per hour based on experience. The administrator supports accurate and timely branch transfers by coordinating order paperwork, shipment records, communications, and system updates. The role helps transfer operations meet deadlines and maintain reliable product tracking and customer service.

What you'll do

• Answer calls and follow up on branch email groups
• assist with pick-ticket and delivery-ticket processing
• audit SalesPad queues and expedite overdue orders
• scan and file documents
• create reports
• enter data in Great Plains and SalesPad
• prepare and communicate branch transfer replenishment paperwork and shipments
• record and track transfer shipments
• assist with product selection, packaging, and palletization
• support transfer process changes and print transfer purchase orders.
