What you'll do

• Supervise Food Services Assistants during assigned shifts
• prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines as directed
• ensure food preparation, service, and storage comply with health and safety regulations
• train and support assistants and volunteers
• collaborate on inventory and supplies
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• serve as the kitchen point person when the Food Services Manager is absent.
