What you'll do

• Manage donor phone and email correspondence, reward fulfillment, Donor ID requests, login support, and contact logs
• coordinate event logistics and communications
• track internal service requests and deliverables
• support invoicing, budgeting, vendor setup, and invoice coordination
• fulfill promotional and center orders
• manage recurring campaign projects
• oversee warehouse and vendor contacts and inventory
• improve project templates and workflow documents
• protect confidential donor and patient information.
