What you'll do

• Plan, configure, maintain, and support network, server, security, desktop, audio/visual, and communications systems
• write scripts, batch files, or programs
• analyze system, performance, and security logs
• prepare technical documentation
• support systems integration and network security
• track projects, vendor contracts, assets, and licenses
• coordinate troubleshooting and training
• assist with department budget preparation and procurement
• participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
