What you'll do

• Support people in recovery as a role model, mentor, and advocate.
• Help clients set recovery goals, coordinate behavioral health and community services, monitor progress, reconnect clients with recovery services, and support transitions to self-directed recovery plans.
• Provide referrals and crisis intervention, maintain documentation, collaborate with partners, and assist with specimen collection as needed while following chain-of-custody protocols.
