What you'll do

• Issue airline tickets and invoices for cruise, tour, car, and hotel bookings
• quality-check passenger, fare, payment, date, and destination details
• assist travel agents with fare and reservation-system questions
• maintain ticket printers and logs
• follow ARC guidelines for ticket stock and accountable documents
• process documents for mailing
• perform administrative duties and special projects as needed.
