What you'll do

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Install and support structured cabling systems in commercial environments.
• Layout and install pathways, ladder rack systems, cable trays, backboards, sleeves, and supporting infrastructure.
• Identify fire-rated walls and implement proper firestopping methods.
• Ensure installations meet company quality standards and industry best practices.
• Set up and operate copper cable testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot cabling issues using industry-standard test equipment.
• Terminate and dress copper cabling on 110 blocks.
