What you'll do

• Oversee planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout for Design-Build and Bid-Build projects
• manage budgets, contracts, purchasing, rentals, expenses, and change orders
• lead and support project managers, assistant project managers, superintendents, and team members
• serve as a key contact for clients and project partners
• monitor schedules, costs, and field activities and resolve issues
• promote safety and compliance
• contribute to strategic planning, business development, resource management, and continuous improvement
• represent the company in project and strategy meetings and maintain reporting and communication.
