Customer Service Management Trainee

The Customer Service Management Trainee is an onsite role based in Lake Bluff, IL. Compensation is $29 to $34 per hour. This role supports the Kenosha branch of Uline, a leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials. This position exists to develop emerging leaders through a comprehensive, hands-on training program. The trainee will learn to manage and develop customer service representatives, ensuring the delivery of legendary service while preparing for future leadership opportunities.

What you'll do

• Master all aspects of customer service management through a comprehensive hands-on training program.
• Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives by setting clear goals, evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Review department procedures and standards to identify areas for improvement.
