What you'll do

• Review, analyze, and negotiate outside counsel guidelines, engagement letters, and client terms
• identify legal, ethical, financial, operational, and reputational risks
• draft exceptions and clarifications
• collaborate with attorneys, General Counsel, Risk Management, Finance, and IT
• advise on professional responsibility and conflicts
• document negotiated terms
• help develop review procedures, standardized language, protocols, and training
• support complex conflicts reviews and new business intake.
