What you'll do

• Document visits, procedures, and physician interactions in the EMR
• record histories, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations
• prepare referral letters
• coordinate communications and scheduling
• maintain confidentiality
• verify referring physician information
• organize laboratory results and patient records
• support data collection and quality improvement
• provide patient support.
