The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Pediatric ABA role is an onsite, part-time position in Baytown, TX, with a stated salary range of $75,000–$90,000 per year. MedCare Pediatric provides individualized care to children and partners with families to support meaningful progress. The BCBA develops and oversees evidence-based ABA treatment for children, using assessments and progress data to guide care. The role also supervises and mentors behavior technicians, educates caregivers, and collaborates with other clinical disciplines to support each child’s goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and behavioral evaluations
• develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
• supervise, train, and mentor RBTs, BTs, Behavior Analysts in Training, and BCaBAs
• monitor progress and adjust treatment using data
• educate parents and caregivers
• collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and other disciplines
• maintain clinical documentation and compliance.
