What you'll do

• Lead the global accounting organization and develop a sustainable accounting function aligned with GAAP and SEC requirements
• oversee complete and timely internal and external financial reporting
• maintain company accounts, books, and records
• identify and mitigate financial risk
• design and monitor internal controls
• develop global accounting policies and procedures
• establish accounting centers of excellence and improve closing, reconciliation, and automation processes.
