Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator

What you'll do

• Monitor alarms and video surveillance systems
• perform CCTV monitoring and live tracking
• conduct archival video review
• receive and respond to emergency/non-emergency calls
• coordinate multi-channel dispatch
• maintain incident logs
• utilize AVERT workflows
• conduct first-level troubleshooting
• provide situational awareness
• assist with post-incident reporting.
