What you'll do

• Collaborate with the co-teacher, support staff, and school leaders to provide instruction
• work toward and document IEP goals quarterly
• use assessments and student performance data to guide and differentiate instruction
• plan interdisciplinary units
• participate in professional learning and school decision-making
• communicate with families, students, and community partners
• maintain student confidentiality
• create a safe classroom culture
• work with the same class and co-teacher for two consecutive school years.
