What you'll do

• Conduct leasing sales and customer service
• greet and qualify prospective residents and present apartments
• answer calls, texts, and emails
• complete applications, verification, lease paperwork, addenda, and deposits
• prepare welcome materials and keys
• follow up with prospects
• inspect models, vacancies, and property grounds
• report service needs
• maintain records and reports
• assist with market surveys and resident communications
• comply with Fair Housing and other applicable laws.
