The Product Line Manager, Power Solutions role is onsite in Santa Clara, CA, with annual compensation of $180,000–$210,000. The role supports Amphenol Communications Solutions’ Power Solutions business unit, which develops power connectors and cable assembly solutions for datacom/telecom, industrial, and eMobility markets. The manager drives product-family growth, profitability, capacity planning, and cost optimization. By coordinating with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Finance, the role helps align customer demand and manufacturing capabilities while improving product financial performance.

What you'll do

• Partner with Operations, Planning, and Supply Chain to develop and maintain product forecasts
• analyze demand and capacity constraints
• identify material, capacity, and demand risks and mitigation plans
• support sales and operations planning
• drive cost reduction through value engineering, sourcing, manufacturing improvements, and product design changes
• analyze product costs and margins
• and monitor profitability and recommend improvements.
