What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team
• oversee vendor invoices, payment requests, and related transactions
• improve AP workflows for efficiency, accuracy, visibility, and scalability
• collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and IT
• support monthly AP close to the general ledger
• manage vendor issues
• maintain records, metrics, processes, and controls
• train team members and serve as an AP resource.

Why this role

Five or more years of accounts payable or related accounting experience; supervisory or team leadership experience preferred; experience with corporate credit cards and employee expense reimbursement; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
