What you'll do

• Review, prepare, and serve meals according to planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders
• prepare bedtime snacks and substitute foods for residents who refuse meals
• follow sanitary food preparation procedures
• wash dishes and clean utensils
• deliver snacks, food carts, and trays
• serve food and drinks in the dining room
• sweep and mop kitchen and dish-room floors as instructed.
