The Field Service Technician, Office Equipment role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with travel to customer sites across the Richmond area. What you'll do

• Provide onsite technical support and customer service
• diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain multifunction devices, copiers, printers, and related equipment
• respond to service calls under customer SLA requirements
• use multimeters and electrical schematics
• maintain equipment and supply inventories
• communicate equipment status and service updates
• provide basic equipment training
• escalate issues as needed
• follow electrical and mechanical safety procedures
• travel to customer sites in the Richmond area.
