The Leader in Training, Tropicana West Dispensary role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV; Green Thumb’s RISE Dispensary leadership team focuses on positive consumer experiences and compliant daily operations. This developmental leadership role rotates through dispensary operations, customer experience, and people functions while supporting daily supervision and communicating priorities. It prepares the employee for potential growth toward Assistant General Manager by building operational and team leadership expertise.

What you'll do

• Support management in dispensary operations and compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations
• monitor inventory and verify deliveries and transfers
• participate in leading programs and promotions
• demonstrate and oversee cash handling
• participate in Leader On Duty shifts
• support consistent in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery experiences
• delegate tasks and maintain sales-floor coverage
• participate in hiring, onboarding, and training
• coach team members
• support badging processes
• coordinate shifts, meal breaks, and rest periods.
