SCA Accounting Assistant

What you'll do

• Prepare finance reports
• collect, receive, and record funds
• prepare and reconcile daily deposits
• update student receivable records
• reconcile bank statements
• assist with monthly close and financial reports
• maintain records and supporting documentation under organizational policies and GAAP
• communicate with students about balances and invoices
• provide financial aid guidance and resources
• protect confidential information
• support compliance with controls, donor restrictions, grant requirements, and applicable regulations
• attend school functions and events to oversee fund collection and reconciliation
• perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
