Sales and Business Development Representative

Job overview

The Sales and Business Development Representative role is onsite in Norcross, GA. Compensation is $85,000–$120,000 per year. The role works closely with the Production Team to hand off scheduled restoration jobs and keep production calendars booked. The position manages the sales process from prospecting and lead generation through estimating, proposals, negotiation, and relationship follow-up. It develops referral partnerships and strategic account plans to support customer service, profitability, and business growth.
