Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Support employee relations, recruiting coordination, and consistent application of HR policies
• coordinate onboarding, orientation, documentation, and initial training
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• support employment-law compliance and leave administration
• assist with benefits and biweekly payroll
• coordinate training and maintain qualification records
• support performance management, audits, policy updates, and compliance reporting
• review HR processes for improvement.
