The position leads technical design, project management, and construction management for port and intermodal projects. It coordinates clients, consultants, contractors, and field teams to deliver projects from concept and design through construction and closeout while managing quality, schedules, budgets, and compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead design for port and maritime projects from concept through design and bid-package preparation
• manage construction delivery
• represent the company and client in project communications
• prepare and review project execution plans, schedules, budgets, quality-control documentation, and progress reports
• coordinate field activities and rail safety requirements
• administer contracts, change requests, payment applications, and project records
• monitor milestones and resolve project issues.
